Our beliefs limit what we can or can’t do and drive our daily decisions. They become our identity, define our mindset, and determine what we do in virtually every area of our lives.
At a young age, we develop a belief system based on influences and experiences from people and situations that we are exposed to.
Over time, some beliefs will change as we grow up and challenge our worlds through experimentation and new experiences. However, others we subconsciously hang onto and unintentionally allow them to govern our lives.
